- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- During high-demand periods or sales, processing may take up to 5 business days.
- You will receive an email or WhatsApp notification once your order is processed and ready for dispatch.
2. Shipping Methods & Charges
- We ship across India using trusted courier partners.
- Standard Shipping: ₹50–₹150 (depending on location and order size).
- Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹1,500.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
3. Delivery Time
- Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
- Remote or rural locations may experience slightly longer delivery times.
- Please note that delays caused by courier services, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
- You can track your order directly with the courier using the provided tracking ID.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order.
- Darloe is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- In such cases, you may need to pay additional shipping charges for resending the order.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

- We will review the issue and arrange a replacement if the item is eligible.
- Lost shipments due to courier mishandling will be addressed based on courier investigation. Darloe will assist in claims but is not responsible for courier delays.
7. International Shipping
- Currently, Darloe does not ship outside India.
