1. No Return Policy
Please note that we do not accept returns for any reason other than eligible size replacement.
Once an order is delivered, it cannot be returned for refund, exchange of style, or color change.
2. Replacement for Size Change
We understand that sometimes sizing might not be perfect.
That’s why we offer one-time replacement for size changes only, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility for Size Replacement:
- The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Only size change is allowed — no replacement for different products or designs.
- Replacement is subject to availability of the requested size.
If the desired size is unavailable, we may offer a store credit or exchange for another product of the same value.
3. How to Request a Replacement

Include your order number, product name, and the required size.
Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the original item to us.
4. Shipping Policy for Replacement
- Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us for replacement.
- Once we receive and verify the item’s condition, we will dispatch the new size.
- In case of manufacturing defects or wrong item received, we will bear the return shipping cost.
5. Non-Replaceable Items
Replacements will not be accepted for:
- Products purchased on sale or during special offers
- Accessories or innerwear (if applicable)
- Damaged or worn items
- Custom-made or altered products
6. Important Notes
- Always check our Size Guide before placing an order to minimize sizing issues.
- Darloe reserves the right to reject replacement requests if the returned item fails the quality check.
- The decision of Darloe will be final in all matters of returns and replacements.
